Bill is the author of “The Harvest Way for Recruiting and Hiring the Right People"—the only book of its kind. 

While Ed was building the largest landscape company in Connecticut—voted one of the top 25 companies in the nation—Bill was enjoying a nearly 30-year career at ValleyCrest Companies. While there, he started as a gardener and worked his way up to VP, leading a $25 million dollar maintenance department with over 600 employees. He also served as VP of Human Resources, where he and his HR team built the training, recruiting and performance review program for over 6,500 employees.
