Phil is a seasoned business advisor and entrepreneur with 39 years of experience in the landscape and snow management industries. After retiring from a successful management career at the age of 45, he has devoted himself to helping others through a series of successful business ventures and acquisitions.

Phil is the founder of Tamarisk Business Advisors, Pro-Motion Consulting, and GrowTheBench, with Neal Glatt as his business partner. Phil and Neal also own and operate the Snowfighters Institute.

 
Phil holds a BA in Marketing and Executive MBA from Michigan State University. He is currently pursuing a law degree to better assist his business-owner clients with succession planning, estate planning, and other legal matters related to their businesses.
